Returned items must include tracking information to ensure safe delivery.

2. Kiloth will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.


3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.


4. Once Kiloth receives and inspects the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed.

 

5. Refund / Replacement Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit/exchange if preferred).

Processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
